The Maniilaq Association executive staff provides leadership and direction to the entire organization. The staff includes the President, Executive Vice-President and their administrative assistants.

The President is selected by the Board of Directors and serves as Maniilaq's Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The Vice President of Maniilaq Association is Barbara Janitscheck. She is the interim CEO/President until another is selected.
