The Maniilaq Association executive staff provides leadership and direction to the entire organization. The staff includes the President, Executive Vice-President and their administrative assistants.

The President is selected by the Board of Directors and serves as Maniilaq's Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The selected CEO/President is Ian Erlich. His term as President/CEO began May 08, 2008.

The Vice President of Maniilaq Association is Barbara Janitscheck.
